The new folder view in the Resident Center "Documents" section makes finding files easier than ever for residents, and HOA board members and owners.
With the folder view, Resident Center users see all the file categories you've created, broken out into separate folders.
In each folder, Resident Center users will find all of the files shared with them that have been tagged with that category.
How to manage file folders:
Files that you share to the Resident Center will be automatically organized into folders based on the category you've assigned.
If you would like to create a new folder that users of the Resident Center can access, simply create a new category via the "Manage categories" button on the files page.
