We're excited to announce two improvements to the violation tracking workflow for associations. We’ve made it easy for owners to self-report violations as resolved and added a new activity timeline to each violation record to track stage update history.
Owner Resolved Violations
Our goal is to save you as much time as possible. That’s why we’ve added the ability for the association owner to self-resolve the issue through the owner portal. Allowing the owner to take the action of marking a violation as resolved should help to alleviate the amount of calls and emails you receive from association owners letting you know an issue has been addressed. Owners will also have the ability to add in any notes or attach documentation to the violation when they mark it as resolved.
Violations Activity Timeline
In order to make it easy to track activities for a violation, we have added an activity timeline to the violation record itself in the manager app. This is where you will be able to view any detailed information coming back from an owner resolution, as well as other stage updates that you or your staff have taken around that violation.
