How do I edit a rental unit?

In Buildium, units are leasable spaces within properties. You can edit specific units instead of making an edit to an entire property.

To edit a unit:

1. Navigate to Rentals > Properties.
2. Click on the property you want to edit a unit for.
3. From the property summary page, select the Units tab. This tab will include the total number of units you have on the property.
4. Click the unit number you want to make changes for.
5. On the unit summary page, select Edit unit.
   
6. On the Edit unit page, you can change the unit number, edit unit size and market rent, update the unit address and add listing information.
