Can I set up a late fee policy for a specific association?

Buildium can calculate monthly late fees for your owners by association.

Before setting up any any association specific late fee policies, you'll need to set up your global policy first.

To set up a late fee policy for a specific association:

1. Navigate to Associations > Associations.
2. Click on the name of the association you want to set the late fee policy for.
3. From the association summary page, select Financials.
4. Click Account payment settings, then Override late fee policy.
   
5. Fill out the form, then click Save.
