How do I track rental owner management agreements?

A management agreement is a formal contract between a property manager and a rental owner that describes services to be performed and associated fees.

By tracking these agreements in Buildium, you'll know when agreements are expiring so you can determine if you'd like to renew them or enter into new negotiations.

You'll have the option to add management agreement dates any time you add a new rental owner into Buildium.
