The Email notification preferences report shows a detail of all email preferences by user.

When to use it

  • Determine the email preferences set by any user in the software.

Generating this report

  1. Go to the Reports menu .
  2. Click the Email notification preferences link.
  3. Select your report parameters. More details:

     

    Parameter What it means
    Report format

    Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

     

  4. Click Download report.
