This setting allows you to display tenant liabilities and add a default period to your rental owner statements. This setting saves time when you run the Rental Owner Statement report. For example, if this setting was set to the 10th of the month, you could select a rental owner statement and have the system automatically use a date range that ends on the 10th.
To access rental owner statements settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Application settings.
- Click Rental Owner Statements link.
- Complete the form.
To display tenant liabilities, such as security deposits and prepaid rent, on the Rental owner statement, click the box under Tenant liabilities.
- Click Save changes.
