There are several different ways to get help in Buildium. All customers have access to:
- Buildium Academy, our self-guided, on-demand training and education portal. Sign into your account to access Buildium Academy, available under the “Help & Support” menu.
- Help Center, our online knowledge base of help articles and videos. Sign into your account to access the Help Center, available under the “Help & Support” menu.
- Ticket Support system, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sign into your account to submit a support ticket, available under the “Help & Support” menu.
- System Status page to view historical and real-time data on our system performance. Subscribe to get email notifications whenever Buildium creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Customers who purchase a Growth or Premium plan will also have access to Live Phone Support, available Monday-Friday between 9AM and 8PM Eastern Time.
Priority Support, designed to offer a fast track queue to our Customer Care team, is available for purchase with our Growth plan, but it is included as part of our Premium plan.
