Resident Center contact directory

The Resident Center contact directory is an easy way to share useful services with the residents of your properties and associations. It is displayed on the resident site and these numbers are accessible by residents upon login.

For example:

  • Utility services
  • Local schools
  • Hospitals and other emergency numbers

You can create your own categories for the Resident Center contact directory, then add relevant contacts into Buildium.

This feature completely removes the important number from the system. If you wish to remove an important number from a specific property's resident site, edit the properties that the contact is published to instead.

If the contact is also a vendor, the system will remove the vendor from the Resident site contact directory. It will not delete the vendor from your vendor list.
