The Resident Center mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices, allows your residents to take and upload photos to add to maintenance or general requests while on the go. Now, we've made it even easier to submit requests! With the latest release, you can now record video, annotate photos, and upload multiple files at once.

Have your residents download the Buildium mobile app for iOS or Android!
Record a video
- When submitting a request, tap Add Attachments.
- Select Take a video and then record.
- When done recording, preview and save the video.
Markup a photo
- When submitting a request, tap Add Attachments.
- Choose Take a photo and snap your picture.
- You should now see a preview of your photo—tap the markup button to see annotation tool options.
- Markup the image and tap Done.
Uploading multiple photos, videos, or files
- When submitting a request, tap Add Attachments.
- Tap Select photos or videos to add media from your phone's photo roll, or select Browse files to find and upload most common file types.
- Select up to 5 photos/videos or files, select Done, and then Save Attachments.
