The Buildium mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices, allows you to take and upload photos to add to Tasks while on the go. Now, we've made it even easier to manage files while in the field! With the latest release, you can now record video, markup photos, and upload multiple files at once. Note: This currently applies only to Tasks, but will soon roll out across the rest of the mobile app.

Record a video
- When creating a task, tap Attachments.
- If updating an existing task, first tap Update Task, then tap Attachments.
- Select Take a video and then record.
- When done recording, preview and save the video.
Markup a photo
- When creating a task, tap Attachments.
- If updating an existing task, first tap Update Task, then tap Attachments.
- Choose Take a photo and snap your picture.
- You should now see a preview of your photo—tap the markup button to see annotation tool options.
- Markup the image and tap Done.
Uploading multiple photos, videos, or files
- When creating a task, select Attachments.
- Tap Select photos or videos to add media from your phone's photo roll, or select Browse files to find and upload most common file types.
- Select up to 10 photos/videos or files, select Done, and then Save Attachments.
