Multiple Payees on Refund Checks
You now have the option to add multiple residents as payees on refund checks and have the flexibility to send those checks to custom addresses, making it easier for you to stay in compliance with lease requirements and reduce the risk of being involved in potential legal disputes between residents.
EZMail Usage Report
This month we’ve released a new report for EZMail usage. This report will provide you with a view of all mailings, recipients, and addresses it was mailed to, the template that was used, and the number of pages included in the mailing. It will also give you a breakdown of the cost for each mailing, so you can easily assess how much you spent on mailings in a given time period.
