We are aware of an issue that is preventing users who do not have edit access to association owner account ledgers from recording refunds. Our developers expect to have this resolved early next week.
In the meantime, we recommend having an admin on your account create the refund, or have an admin update the required permissions for the user who is seeing the error.
To update the appropriate permissions:
- Navigate to Settings > User roles
- Click into the user role you wish to update
- Click Menu Access
- Select "+" next to Associations menu to expand the list
- Check the "view" and "edit" boxes next to ownership account ledgers
- Click Save
