View total operating and non-operating expenses across your business, and cost tracking by property that allows you to understand levels of available funds and the reasoning behind any low disbursements. Detect anomalies within utility expenses with year over year comparisons and estimate recurring property costs associated with utilities.

Work order costs
The work order costs card will give you insight into the parts and labor costs associated with work orders over time. It will allow you to track costs associated with work orders so you can understand the financial impact of maintenance work orders on a property's bottom line.
You have the ability to drill down into the raw data to view:
- Task ID
- Property
- Unit
- Task Subject
- Vendor
- Total amount Billed
Total Expenses
The total expenses card shows you total operating and non operating expenses overtime by month and can be set to view the data by cash or accrual accounting basis.
You have the ability to drill down into the raw data of your total expenses to view:
- Property
- GL account name
- GL account total amount
Total Expenses by GL account
This card will give you insight into your total expenses by general ledger account and will give you a deeper understanding of how funds were spent. You can adjust dates to view expenses for different periods in time and can choose to view the data by cash or accrual accounting basis.
You have the ability to drill down into the daw data of your total expenses by GL account to view:
- Property
- GL account name
- GL account total amount
Utility Expenses
The utility expenses card allows you to track utility expenses over time so you can spot anomalies and estimate recurring property costs associated with utilities. It gives you a view of utility expenses by type and provides a prior year comparison when filtering for a single year.
