We’ve made it much easier to find and edit a mailing or email template by adding a search bar to the Mailing and email templates page.
To quickly find a mailing or email template, navigate to "Communications" >> "Mailing and email templates"
From this page you can use the recipient categories to narrow down the templates by recipient type or you use the search bar to look for more specific templates.
For example, typing in "violation" into the search bar will narrow down to all of your mailing and email templates containing "violation" in the title.
