Use the Open API for Phone Call Logs 

We’ve enabled phone call logs in the Open API so you can bring information from your phone system and communications with residents, owners, and vendors into Buildium. Available in our Premium plan, the Open API gives you access to your data within Buildium and allows you to link it to other outside tools and applications you use to run your business.

Send Application Fees to Property Bank Accounts

We’ve fully rolled out the ability for you to direct application fee income to each of your properties’ operating bank accounts so you can avoid manual transfers.

Mobile App Updates

Resident Center app shortcuts

Residents can quickly access commonly used actions on both iOS and Android. With this feature, residents can simply touch and hold the Resident Center app icon to make payments, create requests, view announcements, and view violations. 

New task widget

Widgets allow you to pin your favorite apps to your phone’s home screen and get timely information. With the Buildium task widget, you can easily view tasks and unread messages, and click into tasks and take action from within the app.

Search for mailing and email templates

We’ve made it much easier to find and edit a mailing or email template by adding a search bar to the Mailing and email templates page.
