Residents can indicate their communication preferences right from the Resident Center. Residents are able to select whether they prefer to receive emails or paper mailings. The preferences they’ve selected will be visible to you on the resident summary page.

Within the resident center, users will be able to indicate if they prefer email communications or direct mailing communications.
- All preferences will default to direct mailings if unchanged
