We’re making some great design changes to how tabs are displayed and organized across the buildium platform. We’ve made these changes to provide a more consolidated navigation across buildium that improves overall product accessibility and adheres to general web standards and best practices.
What’s changing:
- Updating our tab navigation pattern to be on par with industry standards through a more refined, less blocky presentation that takes up less screen real estate so there’s more room for the important stuff.
- The better use of screen real estate will also be more flexible on different screen sizes and that gives us more room to continue adding awesome new features down the road
- Converting our background color from gray to white to provide a cleaner experience, that works in conjunction with the updated tab pattern, to allow elements on the page to breathe, while also improving accessibility in terms of contrast standards.
