Who is eligible for Priority Support?

Priority Support is available for purchase with our Growth plan, but it is included as part of our Premium plan. Essential customers must upgrade their plan to become eligible.

Once purchased, Priority Support will be available to every staff member listed under your account. 

How does Priority Support work?

When you call Buildium Customer Care:

  • Select Priority Support from the phone menu 
  • Buildium will either automatically recognize if your account has Priority Support by the phone number you use to call in with or will prompt you to enter your Priority Support ID. Your Priority Support ID is listed at the bottom of the “Help & Support” menu in your Buildium account.
  • Once verified, you will be routed to a Priority Support agent

When you submit a support ticket: 

  • Buildium will automatically recognize if your account has Priority Support by the email address associated with your user account
  • Once verified, you will be routed to a Priority Support agent

You can create and submit a support ticket by going to the “Help & Support” menu and clicking on “Submit a support ticket”. You can also access the page to submit support tickets at the bottom of each Help Article in the Buildium Help Center.

We recommend keeping staff members’ contact information up-to-date in Buildium.
