Announcing: Violations Added to Resident Mobile App Menu

Making it easier for residents to view and more importantly resolve their violations, provides a better experience for residents, and allows you to resolve violations quicker and more efficiently. With this update to the Resident Mobile app we added the ability for association owners to not only see their violations, but also self report them as resolved via the Resident Center app.

With this enhancement association owners will be able to:

  • View violations against their unit (New Screen)
  • Users can sort their violations for easier access
  • Self report a violation as resolved


Things to note:

  • The ability for your residents to see their violations will available to all association owners, however the ability to report it as resolved will only be presented to association owners if you currently allow it.
  • The location of "violations" will vary depending on what screens you have enabled/disabled sfor the your residents
