Buildium users enter nearly 4 million bills every year. We decided it’s time to make it easier! Now with the ability to upload multiple invoices at once, you can get bills into the system faster and easier, so you can focus attention where it matters most.
Move faster! Bulk invoice upload gives you the option to upload invoices in batches. Upload up to 10 invoices at one time and manage those invoices in a grid once the invoices files are in the system.You can then open an invoice to see the invoice file image in a side by side view of the bill data entry form.
To upload multiple invoice files, navigate to Accounting >> Bills, then click the "Invoice Files" tab.
Drag and drop multiple files into the upload box or select browse from computer and select multiple files.
Once you have added all the invoice files you want (up to 10 at one time), click "Create invoices".
From the invoice files tab you can manage all invoice files.
Clicking "Enter bill data" will open the record bill form with a side by side view of the invoice file, making bill creation easier and more accurate.
