You can choose to update your convenience fees in bulk, whether you are setting them for the first time or you want to make a change to your current fees. Save time by making these changes in bulk.
From the Homepage > Select Accounting > Banking > Manage convenience fees > Select either EFT or Credit Card transactions
Update EFT convenience fees
On this page you will be able to select one OR all the accounts where you would like to update your fees and then click ‘Edit fees’ in the upper right corner and select if you would like to make updates to resident convenience fees or rental owner convenience fees.
You can choose to update all your fees at once and choose if you want it to equal to, increase by, or decrease by a certain amount.
Update credit card convenience fees
On this page you will be able to select one OR all the accounts where you would like to update your fees and then click ‘Edit fees’ in the upper right corner and select if you would like to make updates to resident convenience fees or rental owner convenience fees.
You can choose to charge residents a 2.95% fee to recoup service fee costs and/or opt to add an additional flat fee You can update all your flat fees at once and choose if you want it to equal to, increase by, or decrease by a certain amount.
