We understand how important supporting documentation like photos are, especially when handling work orders. The ability to include documentation within a work order, provides staff and vendors better visibility to the work at hand.

You are now able to add files and photos directly onto a work order. 

To add a file or photo to a work order:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Work orders.
  2. Select the work order that you'd like add a file or photo to.
  3. On the work order select Edit details
  4. Scroll down to the new section, and you can either drag & drop the file or upload it.

NOTE: If there are existing files or photos on the task, you will be able to pull them directly into the work order files section.
