The global late fee policy page where is you’ll be able to set two separate grace period rules. Giving you more flexibility with your late fee grace period policies and fees.

From the Homepage > Select Settings > Application Settings > Late Fees

On this page you will be able to create two separate grace period rules giving you the option to set the second late fee on a charge to kick in after a time gap rather than a daily fee that kicks in immediately following the flat fee.

You will also now have the ability to charge both a flat fee as well as a percentage of outstanding balance/recurring charge to a tenant when they're late. 

These changes are also now available on the override pages for associations, rental properties, and leases.
