You can now include digital copies for recipients when you e-File with Buildium.
To send digital copies when you file your 1099s, just select "yes" on the check out page under the first question: "Would you like digital copies to be sent to recipients?"
This will ensure that digital copies are automatically sent to recipients with an email address on file. These will be sent in addition to the hard copies that are printed and mailed.

Which email address will digital copies be sent to for the recipient?

Will digital copies still go to recipients if I choose to ship the paper copies myself or the payer?
No, if you choose to have paper copies shipped to your own address or to the payer, digital copies will not be sent to vendor and owner recipients.
