We know that property managers are often in the field, and need to keep up with what is going on with their business - especially when it comes to tasks and maintenance. You need to be updated in real-time when tasks change, as this can impact your entire day.
That's why we're excited to announce push notifications for task and work order updates from the mobile app.
Previously, our mobile app did not notify you of any changes in tasks. In order to view updates, you'd have to log in to the mobile app or navigate to the full site on your browser, which is time-consuming when you're on the go.
The latest version of the mobile app will now push out notifications related to tasks and work orders. The option to turn push notifications on is under the notifications section of the Account tab in the app.
