How do I delete a rental application or applicant?

The option to delete an applicant or rental application is unavailable if a credit check, rental application, or epay fee has been processed for the applicant. If none of these situations apply, you will be able to delete a rental applicant.

To delete an applicant:

  1. Navigate to Leasing > Applicants.
  2. Click the name of the applicant you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete applicant.
