The option to delete an applicant or rental application is unavailable if a credit check, rental application, or epay fee has been processed for the applicant. If none of these situations apply, you will be able to delete a rental applicant.
To delete an applicant:
- Navigate to Leasing > Applicants.
- Click the name of the applicant you want to remove.
- Click Delete applicant.
