Bills entered into Buildium are deleted in different ways depending on if the bill has been paid or not.

Delete an unpaid bill

  1. Navigate to Accounting > Bills
  2. On the bills page, a list of all unpaid bills is displayed.
  3. Click the bill that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete bill.
  5. A confirmation pop-up window appears, prompting you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete bill to delete the bill.

Delete a paid bill

If the bill has already been paid in full, you won't see the Delete button. If you need to change the bill, delete the check that paid the bill first.

If the bill was paid using ePay, you are unable to delete the check or bill.
