The first time you sign in to Buildium, you’re prompted to Start Buildium setup and answer questions about your business—that’s our guided setup.
If you manage associations only, have a mixed portfolio (rentals and associations), or you accidentally left the guided setup before adding all of your properties, units, leases and/or tenants—we’ve got you covered:
Once guided setup is complete, you will be able to create Buildium accounts for your staff members.
- Navigate to Settings > Users and click Add staff member.
- You will be asked to assign a role to each staff member you create.
Roles are used to assign different levels of permission to various staff members. - To view, edit, or add new user roles, navigate to Settings > User roles.
