Getting Started with Buildium Part 1 - Set Up Your Buildium Account
The first time you sign in to Buildium, you’re prompted to Start Buildium setup and answer questions about your business—that’s our guided setup.
If you manage associations only, have a mixed portfolio (rentals and associations), or you accidentally left the guided setup before adding all of your properties, units, leases and/or tenants—we’ve got you covered:
Once guided setup is complete, you will be able to create Buildium accounts for your staff members.
- Navigate to Settings > Users and click Add staff member.
- You will be asked to assign a role to each staff member you create.
Roles are used to assign different levels of permission to various staff members.
- To view, edit, or add new user roles, navigate to Settings > User roles.
