How do I edit a lease?

After you've added a lease in Buildium, you can edit it at any time.

To edit a lease:

1. Navigate to Rentals > Rent Roll.
2. Click on the lease you want to edit.
3. From the lease summary page, click Edit unit.
4. In the edit panel, you can choose to edit the lease type and change lease dates.
   
5. If you change the lease end date, you can also select the option to prorate last month's rent.
   
6. When you're done making changes, click Save.
