Inactive properties do not count towards your unit plan in Buildium, so make sure you have enough units available in your subscription plan before you reactivate any properties.

To find a property once it has been inactivated:

    1. Navigate to Rentals > Properties
    2. Then, click Add filter option, and select Status.
    3. From the drop-down menu, select Inactive.
    4. Then, click Apply filter, and all inactive properties will appear.
    5. Click the name of the property you would like to reactivate.
    6. From the property summary page, click Reactivate property.
