There are several different areas you can edit on rental properties you've added to Buildium.
To edit a rental property:
- Navigate to Rentals > Properties.
- Click on the property you want to edit.
- Click Edit next to each section to edit information.
- Click Edit under the property name to change the property name, property type, or subtype.
- Click Edit property details to change the property address, default bank account, and property reserve amount.
- Click Edit listing information to add or edit a property description for when you're ready to list vacancies.
- Click Edit tenant website settings to override the global resident website settings for the property you're editing.
