A rental owner can only be deleted if there are no financial transactions associated with it. If there are financial transactions such as owner draws and contributions tied to this owner, you will only have the option to inactivate the owner.
To delete an owner with no financial transactions attached:
- Navigate to Rentals > Rental Owners.
- Click the name of the rental owner who you would like to delete.
- Then, click Inactivate owner.
- If there are no financials attached to the rental owner, a pop-up window will appear.
- In the pop-up window, click Delete.
