If you've already received an application fee from a prospective resident and need to make updates, you can do so if the payment was received in person and entered manually into Buildium.
If you've received and processed an electronic application fee with ePay, there is no way to edit the fee.
To edit an application fee entered manually:
- Navigate to Leasing > Applicants.
- Click on the applicant you want to edit the fee for.
- From the applicant summary page, select the Fee tab.
- Click Edit payment, and make any necessary changes.
- When you're done updating the application fee, click Edit fee.
