Yes, you can send automatic payment reminder emails to only tenants on a specific lease.
When payment reminders are enabled, Buildium will send tenants a 90 day tenant statement of charges and payments each time a recurring charge posts.
Make sure to set up a global payment reminder policy before setting policies by lease. A lease-specific payment reminder policy will override a global policy.
To set a payment reminder policy for a specific lease:
- Navigate to Rentals > Rent roll.
- Click on the lease you want to set a payment reminder policy for.
- From the lease summary page, select Financials.
- Click Payment settings, then Override payment reminders.
- Choose your lease specific policy, then click Save.
