How do I change my contact information?

Default contact information is created when a staff member is added to Buildium, but every user can customize their own settings.

To change your contact information:

1. Navigate to the profile photo icon > My settings.
2. Under the Personal information section, you can choose to go by your personal name or your company name.
3. Update your phone numbers, and try to include multiple numbers if you have them. This helps our customer care team quickly pull up your account information whenever you give us a call.
4. The email address you enter here is what Buildium will use to contact you, and will be your Buildium log-in moving forward.
