When you sign up for Property Inspections with Buildium and HappyCo, each staff member who performs inspections should have their own login. Inspection reports can be used in legal proceedings, so it’s important to track who is responsible for each inspection.
In this article, you'll learn how to:

- Click the Vendors tab, then click the name of the vendor you’d like to invite to use Property Inspections.
- From the vendor summary page, select Account settings.
- Under User type, select Add another user type.
- Choose Staff member and click Save.
Once you've created a dual user role, you’ll be able to invite your vendor to use Property Inspections in the same way we showed you in step 1 of this article.
