Automated email settings

For Example:

  • I've configured my past due notices that Buildium automatically sends to delinquent tenants to include my late fee policy.
  • Residents seem to really appreciate receiving welcome emails that include resident site log-in information.
  • By automatically sending maintenance request confirmations with a donotreply@managebuilding.com return address, Buildium saves me a lot of potential hassle.
