An automated email template lets you customize text and delivery settings of some of the emails that are automatically sent by Buildium.
For Example:
- I've configured my past due notices that Buildium automatically sends to delinquent tenants to include my late fee policy.
- Residents seem to really appreciate receiving welcome emails that include resident site log-in information.
- By automatically sending maintenance request confirmations with a donotreply@managebuilding.com return address, Buildium saves me a lot of potential hassle.
