The Work Orders report shows a list of all work orders and their status by property over a period of time.
Other report formats are available and can be generated in the software.
When to use it
- Determine work orders that are completed or in progress
- View all work orders and the total amount due for a property
- View all work order ID’s
Generating this report
- Go to the Reports menu .
- Click the Work Orders link.
Select your report parameters.
Parameter What it means Date range
Selects the period for which the software will generate the report.
Select a single property, association or rental owner, or a group of properties, associations or rental owners, using the filter box. You can also select all properties.
Assigned to Select to filter the report and show only the selected staff member to whom the work order was assigned. Categories Select to filter the report and show only the selected task category was used with the work order. Report format
Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.
Click Download report.
