Unit listings report

The Unit listings report shows the details of all rental listings as entered into Buildium today.

When to use it

• Determine if a listing needs to be updated.
• View your listing details.

Generating this report

1. Go to the Reports menu .
2. Click the Unit Listings link.
3. Select your report parameters. More details:
   

    

   Parameter	What it means
   Properties	Select a single property or rental owner, or a group of properties or rental owners, using the filter box. You can also select all rentals.
   Report format	Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XSLX, or CSV.

    

4. Click Download report.
