Read through the tenant's Welcome letter mailing template. Make changes as needed so your letter fits your company. It's best to leave the instructions on how to complete the process on your public site as written.

Send the mailing to your tenants.
Save time! Use our EZMail service and we'll print and mail the letter for you.
