How do I print bank deposit slips through Buildium?

Buildium will print your bank deposit slips automatically, saving you time at the bank. You can print a deposit ticket when you record a bank deposit in Buildium or at any time after, if you need a hard copy for your records.

Bank deposit slips need to be printed on compatible stock. Make sure to check the printer alignment, too.

Print a deposit slip on a new bank deposit

1. Navigate to Accounting > Banking.
2. Locate and click the name of the bank account that you want to record a deposit for.
3. Click Record deposit.
4. In the pop-up window that appears, enter the information about the deposit.
5. Select the Print deposit ticket check box to print a deposit slip.
6. In the Undeposited Payments section, select the payments you would like to deposit.
7. Click Save.
8. Buildium will produce the deposit slip as a PDF file, which you can then print.

2. Click the name of the bank account that contains the deposit.
3. Click on the bank deposit you want to print a slip for.
4. Click Print.
