The Rent roll report shows your rent roll as of a specific date. This report includes unit information, lease dates, market rent, recurring charge amounts, recurring credit amounts, a sum of all deposits held, and the balance due.

When to use it
- Determine the amount of deposits held on a lease.
- Determine tenants that have a credit balance.
- View market rent and lease start and end dates.
- Determine amount due from a tenant- former or current.
Generating this report
- Go to the Reports menu

- Click the Rent Roll link.

Select your report parameters. More details:
Parameter What it means Properties Select a single property or rental owner, or a group of properties or rental owners, using the filter box. You can also select all rentals.
As of Controls the date for which the report will be run. This report will include all data in your account until this selected as of date.
Lease status Controls whether the report will display current or expired leases.
Lease term Controls what type of lease is included in the report.
Units
Controls whether the report will display all units, only those units with credit balances, or only those units with outstanding balances.
Tenant details
Controls how much resident identification information will be included on the report.
Report format Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

Miscellaneous
Deposits Held are the sum of all held liabilities on the tenant ledger. If you only keep a tenant's security deposit, this column will equal the security deposit.
