The Delinquent association owners report shows a list of all Association Owners with an outstanding ledger balance as of a specific date.

When to use it
- See a list of all tenants current/future or former owners that have an outstanding balance at a certain point in time.
- Determine last payment date and time of delinquency.
Generating this report
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Click the Delinquent Association Owners link.

Select your report parameters. More details:
Parameter What it means Associations Select a single association, or a group of associations, using the filter box. You can also select all associations.
As of Controls the date for which the report will be run. This report will include all data in your account until this selected as of date.
Resident Status Controls whether the report will include data for current, future, or former residents.
Association owner details Controls how much resident identification information will be included on the report.
Phone numbers
Controls whether the report will include the phone numbers. This feature only works if the report displays the resident name.
Report format Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

Click Download report.
Miscellaneous
This report total will usually match an accrual basis Balance sheet's Accounts Receivable total. If a resident has a credit balance, then this report's total will not match. see "Rent roll report" or see "Recurring charges report" if you need more detail behind that balance.
