Association owner notes report

The Association owner notes report shows all saved Association Owner notes, by Association Owner, over a period of time.

When to use it

• Provide documentation with time stamps of owner notes.

Generating this report

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Click the Association Owner Notes link.
3. Select your report parameters. More details:
   

    

   Parameter	What it means
   Associations	Select a single association, or a group of associations, using the filter box. You can also select all associations.
   Date range	Selects the period for which the software will generate the report.
   Report format	Choose from PDF, legacy PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV.

    

4. Click Download report.
