Buildium offers an Outstanding balances page under the Rentals menu and Associations menu. This page quickly shows which leases and ownership accounts have an outstanding balance as of today.
If you need a report or to see who owed a balance as of a certain day, we offer delinquent tenant and delinquent association owner reports. There are many other reports that have a Balance Due column that will show how much is owed.
Each lease and ownership account has a Financials tab that shows the charge and payment history.
