My rental applicant says they completed the process. Why aren't my reports available?

Usually in these cases, the rental applicant has created an account with SmartMove, but they have not confirmed the request to share their credit. Ask the rental applicant if they successfully answered the challenge questions when confirming the credit check request.

  • If they have, contact Buildium Support for assistance.
  • If they have not, ask the rental applicant to log back into SmartMove and to confirm the request to share their credit info.
