You can change your password at any time during your subscription. Your password needs to include at least 8 characters and a mix of upper and lower case letters, as well as a digit and a special character.

  1. Navigate to the icon with your initials or profile photo in the top right corner, then My settings.
  2. Select Change email/password
  3. Enter a new password, then re-type it in the confirmation box
  4. Click Save changes.

An administrator can reset the password for any staff member by navigating to Settings > Users. Click on the user, then click Reset and email password.
